Per-site breakdown of acquisition vs. ownership, with French R&D tax credit (CIR) refunds applied over the ownership horizon. CIR-eligible items show the CIR Ny badge in the budget tables above — eligibility + depreciation are a first-pass guess for review.

Hardware-team plan alignment (Seed+ / EVT). Owned badges = already paid (verified against Stahlwerk + ABAC Amazon orders); these appear in the doc for completeness but contribute €0 to the budget. Added badges = new lines pulled from the team doc that were missing — pneumatic press, manual plasma cutter, CNC upgrades (guards / mist / coolant recup), double tooling sets for the brake, plus the painting and two test rooms (Bertha + clean EE/FW). Clarify badges = still open and pending team input: Mandarin manual mill spec/status; clean EE/FW test room scope (ESD/RF needs, instrumentation list); and the press-brake recommendation — Langmuir Titan 25T was the original plan but its bed is only 838 mm, failing the ≥1 m bend requirement, so the budget now shows a used Amada Promecam ITS2 2512 (25T, 1.25 m bed, Delem CNC) at €10 k as the replacement.

A previous version of this doc had constructed-but-unverified deep paths for the commodity items — those have been pulled back to domain roots, which are guaranteed to resolve. Treat a domain-root SRC as "this is the kind of supplier we'd buy from at this tier," not "this is the exact product."

Net effect of the verification pass: FR site ~+€2-4k (press brake bump partially offset by van / scanner savings); US site approximately neutral. Pallet racking lines are sized for current demonstrator counts — Austin's $4k line is UNDERSIZED for 200 stored demos (needs ~$8-12k for 100 positions); Paris's €3.8k is adequate for 100 stored demos. The team's note that "Accuracy / Tolerances not suitable with EVT stage requirements" is a real flag — this kit is prototyping-grade, not EVT-grade; for EVT-level tolerances expect to outsource precision work or step up the CNC mill / surface grinder class.

Assumptions & caveats. All France figures are ex-VAT (HT) — correct basis for a VAT-registered business that reclaims input VAT. The US "tax, title, registration" line is US sales tax plus mandatory fees — not reclaimable. The mobile yard ramp assumes no loading dock at either site — delete if a dock exists, it's the single biggest swing. Fuel is the softest ownership line and tracks actual mileage. Exchange rate is editable.
